All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two shipping options to meet your astronomical needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Tracking included
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Tracking included

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We understand that astronomical equipment must meet exact specifications for your stargazing needs. If you’re not completely satisfied, our policy ensures a smooth return process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Optical Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, these optical products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Eyepieces (due to potential eye contact)
  • Binocular viewers
  • Finder scopes that have been mounted

Return Process

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  • Detailed return instructions
  • Prepaid return shipping label (for defective items only)

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package your item(s) using the original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and the completed return form we provide. Affix the return label clearly on the package.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received at our facility (1642 Morris Street, San Antonio, US 78205), we’ll inspect the items within 3-5 business days and notify you via email about your refund or exchange status.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard/JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: Typically reflects within 24 hours

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective items or our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:
