This is a new cable version for the iOptron CEM40 / GEM45 / CEM70 / CEM120 mounts that have an USB hub.

The cable has a different sized connection to its predecessor, iOptron product 71582.The manufacture of the iOptron writes:

that the cable has a 5.5mm x 2.5mm DC adapter. Please check the size of your mount’s DC jack before purchase.

The difference is in the size of the DC connector on the chargers and the jacks on the relevant mount.
